Quality control during the process of manufacturing

1.      Our workshops have passed the GMP certification by FDA and the qualification for export by Import & Export Quarantine Bureau. We have established strict manufacturing regulations according to the GMP standard’s requirement.

2.      The regulations address issues including record-keeping, personnel qualification, sanitation, cleanliness, material storage condition, equipment verification, process validation and auditing of the system etc.

3.      Annual output:

a)        Oral liquid workshop:   100,000,000 bottles/year

b)        Soft capsule workshop:  200,000,000 softgels/year

c)        SCF workshop:                30 tons/year
